If a project progresses, we may also need your telephone number, site or delivery address, drawings, specifications and correspondence. Please only provide information relevant to your enquiry.
Wix, our website provider, may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and website activity to operate and protect the website.
How and why we use it
We use project information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and carry out an agreed design or build. Where you ask us to take steps towards a purchase, or we deliver an agreed service, our lawful basis is taking steps before entering a contract or performing that contract.
For general correspondence and website security, we rely on legitimate interests in responding to requests and running a secure business. Where records must be kept to meet tax, accounting or other legal requirements, our lawful basis is legal obligation.
Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you and enough project detail to respond. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing emails.

How long we keep it

The period depends on the type of record, whether a project proceeds and any legal requirement. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
